Eleanor Renee Rodriguez, Ph.D. held positions frtom substitute teacher to superintendent, including teacher, building administrator amd central office posititons. As an educator, researcher and consultant, her emphasis has been on meeting the needs of diverse student populations, including students with special needs. Dr. Rodriguez has provided district and school wide, high quality professional learning and development, in 48 of 50 states and abroad, from Australia to United Arab Emirates, between and beyond.


Eleanor Renee was born, raised and primarily educated in Omaha, Nebraska, by an overworked single parent mother and the community at large.

Dr. Rodriguez earned education degrees, including B.S., M.S. and Ed.S., at Creighton University and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Eleanor Renee earned her Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin's Superintendency Program. She received a diploma from the International Workshop in Structural Cognitive Modifiability – Instrumental Enrichment (Thinking).
She is the co-author of three editions of the thought provoking book, “What is it About Me You Can't Teach?  An Instructional Guide for the Urban Educator.”

 

 

 

Her most recent contribution is, “A Time for PEAC3E: Propensity in Education with an Academic Curriculum Centered on Culture and Equity and it's
companion, A Time for PEAC3E: The PIEC3ES – A Supplement and Compliment to PEAC3E.  Her contribution to The Book of Me, by Patricia A  Johnson, was an honor. 


She is currently a resident of San Diego, California, by way of Nebraska, Illinois, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Virginia and Maryland.
